Revata is a trusted and reliable name in grant assistance and works with clients on a variety of projects spanning multiple funding sources. Revata’s Grants division is expanding and seeking to fill entry-level associate roles. The workload will be part-time for the first quarter and will expand as business within the division expands. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, hard-working individual to join a growing and experienced team focused on building and expanding opportunities in the Mount Pleasant area.
Job duties revolve around four main areas: client interaction, partner interaction, document maintenance, and eligibility screening. Associates are responsible for assisting the community management team with screening incoming potential clients across a checklist of items. As part of our services, documents and other pieces of information are routinely needed. Associates are tasked with becoming public-facing members of the team, engaging directly with clients and partners to find documents, solve problems, and push projects forward. As grant services involve paperwork and documents, much of the job revolves around paperwork and documents – a keen eye for detail and the ability to quickly process information will be key to success in this role and advancement into greater responsibilities.

Additional Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and paperwork skills with the ability to process and comprehend large quantities of information at once. Some documents and paperwork involve basic mathematics, mostly algebra. Interpersonal communication skills are a must-have. Experience working with MS Office products, including Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive are a plus, though not required. Experience with Adobe Acrobat products also a plus, though not required. Knowledge of agriculture and general business operations a plus, though not required.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. College degree preferred but work experience may be considered in place. Experience working in an office environment a plus, though not required.
